reflect on the responsibility we all have.
Its clear that we all have a social responsibility to help prevent the spread of

Properties has taken as a company to insure safety, and like everyone else, I
continue to monitor and follow recommended guidelines so we can all get back to
our normal routines.

Prepare yourself financially
As you plan for the potential impact of the coronavirus, there are a number of
steps that you can take to help protect yourself or a loved one financially, both
in the short and long term.

Here’s a last bit of helpful advice to get us through this uncertain time. You’re
worried, you’re concerned , and unsure of what’s next. But what’s next WILL come,
and we’ll be stronger on the other side. So when all else fails, remember…

Easy Molten Lava Brownies
makes 2 servings
Ingredients…
1 box brownie mix, prepared according to the package instructions
Cooking spray
4 chocolate truffles
mixed berries, to serve
ice cream or chocalate sauce, to serve
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix.
2. Spray 2 ramekins with cooking spray.
3. Place a spoonful of brownie batter into each ramekin, then place two chocolate
truffles in each dish.
4. Spoon more bownie batter over the top of the truffles, until the ramekin is
3/4 full. Smooth the batter evenly over the truffles.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, then cool for another 25 minutes.
6. On a serving plate, place berries and mint in a corner.
7. To ensure that the brownie comes loose, run a knife around the edges of each
ramekin before inverting the dish onto the center of each plate.
8. Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
9. Enjoy!
