November 2024 Home Prices in San Diego County

The Median Sales Price was up 4.4 percent to $1,027,750 for Detached homes and 1.4 percent to $674,475 for Attached homes according to San Diego Association of Realtors September Report.

U.S. existing-home sales rose 3.4% month-over-month and 2.9% year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.96 million units, exceeding economists’ expectations for the month and marking the first annual gain since July 2021, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

November 2024 Days on Market Until Sale in San Diego County

For November 2024, days on Market increased 24.1 percent for Detached homes and 40.7 percent for Attached homes. Supply increased 16.7 percent for Detached homes and 38.9 percent for Attached homes

As of early December 2024, the average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is at 6.69%.
