June 2024 Home Prices in San Diego County

The San Diego Association of Realtors June Report reveals that the Median Sales Price was up 9.1 percent to $1,091,000 for Detached homes and 7.5 percent to $698,500 for Attached homes. Days on Market increased 12.5 percent for Detached homes and 38.1 percent for Attached homes. Supply increased 37.5 percent for Detached homes and 85.7 percent for Attached homes.

June 2024 Days on Market Until Sale in San Diego County

Days on the market until sale for June 2024 were 27 days for single-family detached homes, up from 24 days in June 2023. For condos and duplexes, it was 29 days in June 2024 vs. 21 days in June 2023 and 18 days in June 2022.

Mortgage Rate Expectations for July in San Diego

According to data from Freddie Mac released on July 3rd, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 6.95%. 

This rate is up from 6.28% in March 2023 and much higher than 4.72% in March 2022.
