February 2021 Home Prices in San Diego County
Home prices are at an all-time high in San Diego. According to the San Diego Association of Realtors February Report, the median home price in San Diego County was up 15.2% over the previous year at $777,777 for single family homes. Condos were up 14.7% over the previous year at $512,500.

February 2021 Days on Market Until Sale in San Diego County
Days on the market until sale for February 2021 was also at record low levels. It was 28 days on the market for single-family detached homes compared to 44 days in 2019. For condos and duplexes it was 28 days in 2021 vs 39 days in 2019

Mortgage Rate Expectations for March in San Diego
According to data from Freddie Mac released on March 11th, the 30 years fixed-rate mortgage stood at 3.05%. We could see rates continue to tick up as more people get their Covid vaccinations and the economy continues to improve. But they will likely remain at historically low levels for some time to come.
